TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

  1.  Title of goods does not pass until the invoice amount is paid in full.

  2.  The original invoice must be presented for any product returns/warranty.

  3. All items sold include warranty from respective manufacturers only, we will help to mediate this process only as we cannot foresee or control the level of stock in the future.

  4.  Warranty does not cover the physical damage caused after the goods have been shipped, delivered or picked up.

  5. Refunds are not generally available on Natural Stone items due to colour variation from batch to batch. we will only accept return , if same batch is available in Stock at the time of return.

  6. Refunds may only be available on any item at the discretion of management and if goods are returned within 7 days and in good condition. In such cases a restocking fee of 25% will apply.

  7. Customers are responsible for all transportation costs incurred for items sent back for warranty.

  8.  Please note that photos are indicative only and returns will not be provided if colour fails to match exact requirements. We encourage all customers to visit our showroom or request a sample prior to ordering.

  9. For porcelain tiles we recommend customers include a contingency of 3-5% in their orders for breakage and off-cuts.

  10. All Natural Stones are Product of Nature and no two pieces can be exactly identical. You must inspect the material prior to installation to check colour variation , veining thickness sizing and finish. Absolutely no claims will be accepted for any reason after material is installed .

  11. It is recommended to keep the Product under cover before installation, so that product is kept dry.

  12. Most natural stone products requires Professional installation and sealing.
